Samsung highly anticipated One UI 7.0 update, set for beta release soon, is already making waves as its app icons have appeared on Galaxy Book laptops. This unexpected preview came via the Galaxy Book Experience app update to version 3.4.0.0, which showcases new app icons for One UI 7.0, including refreshed icons for Phone, Samsung Notes, SmartThings, and Tips.

The update aligns with Samsung’s push to unify the One UI design across devices, from smartphones to smart home appliances and PCs. Among the new icons, Samsung Notes and the Tips app feature subtle redesigns, with the latter adopting a lighter yellow tone and a simplified icon style.

One UI 7.0 Beta Program Nears Launch
Samsung has indicated that the One UI 7.0 beta will start by mid-November, likely in key markets including India, Europe, the US, and Korea. The beta will initially target the Galaxy S24 series and other recent flagship devices, with stable releases expected early next year following the Galaxy S25 launch.
